Once you have submitted a review, it gets placed in a cue for validation. This process can take 24-48 hours, depending on how busy our staff is, as well as a few other factors.
A few things that may cause a delay:
- Your review does not meet user conduct rules and needs to be adjusted
- You have submitted your review after 6pm Monday to Friday
- You have submitted your request on a weekend
- You have submitted a large number of reviews in a short period of time
- We verify your reviews manually, so someone is checking through each review submitted for the entire site. Depending on how many reviews we receive in a day, yours might not be seen by staff for 24-48 hours.
